Architect. was founded by Dustin Lolli and Mikel McClellan: over 20 years of combined experience watching the music industry leave some incredibly talented artists behind.

Mikel has built one of the most respected independent management careers in the business, guiding the trajectories of Unspoken, Sanctus Real, Love and Theft, and others. He's spent years inside the rooms where deals get made, budgets get set, and careers get shaped. He knows exactly what artists need and rarely get.

Dustin spent a decade as a professional singer and has built a parallel career as a working songwriter, writing across Christian and country music for himself and for others. He knows what it means to be the artist on the other side of the table: the one signing things, the one waiting on answers, the one whose name is on the line.
